Video Capture-ATube
Featured Video Capture tool-ATube
This capture tool is pretty spiffy-I've found it invaluable for grabbing those YouTube videos professors need for class but can't always rely on the connection to access the website in a timely manner.
For machines running XP and under-it is possible to do video capture from streaming, limited time uploads. I've used it for French news agencies and one-time streaming. Beware however, because if it not set for the correct audio input, it will contain video only.
As for Windows 7 still exploring other options and will post about it after some testing. If you'd like a complete list of my current finds:

For a while now, I've considered adding interesting links, giving feedback and posting Things of Interest in a blog format for my section of the College of the Holy Cross. This seems like a good format.
